Why haven't I received any emails confirming my order or shipping information?
You should receive an email from us confirming your order and another one when your order ships containing your tracking information. Be sure to check your spam folder. If you have any questions regarding your order, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or check your account if you created one upon checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship Priority Mail via USPS which typically takes 2-3 business days. It may take longer during high-volume times such as holidays. The tracking number you received should help you to verify an expected arrival date.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
We currently only ship within the U.S.
What is your Return Policy?
